Mr. Green concentrates his practice in general civil litigation, residential and commercial construction, real estate, complex environmental and toxic tort matters, products liability, subrogation, commercial litigation, and general business law. Adam has served as the featured speaker for several professional presentations on matters ranging from general litigation strategies to environmental medicine to labor and employment issues. Adam is a 1996 graduate of The University of Texas and a 2000 graduate of South Texas College of Law. He has been in private practice with the firm since 2000. Adam is admitted to practice law in Texas.

  • Consulted and defended Homeowners' Associations regarding proper management of communities and the propriety of assessments

  • Defended real estate clients in litigation involving disputes over real estate commissions

  • Defended various developers and construction clients in contract disputes regarding the construction and sale of lots in Texas

  • Preventive consulting and risk management counseling of construction professionals, risk managers, and property managers regarding worker injuries, construction defects, and potential exposure liabilities

  • Lead Texas counsel for products liability docket, including subrogation claims defending manufacturer and retailer of plumbing fixtures

  • Defended national chemical manufacturer in personal injury and wrongful death claims incident to exposures to urethanes, polymers, ethers and biocides

  • Defended product manufacturers, premises owners, and employers in asbestos, benzene, and silica cases
