SHAREHOLDER
Mr. Hastings is experienced in
personal injury, employment, and
commercial litigation and has tried
cases in both state and federal courts.
He has concentrated his practice on
maritime, railroad, toxic tort, and
commercial litigation. Jeff has handled
toxic tort cases involving asbestos and
silica, as well as a number of other
hazardous substances. He is a 1985
graduate of the University of Houston
and a 1991 magna cum laude graduate of
South Texas College of Law. Jeff is
admitted to practice law in Texas and
Colorado.
