• Defense of race discrimination case by 32 Hispanic workers at a forge company and other wrongful discharger and race discrimination cases.

• Defense of employer against failure to pay claim under Texas Payday Act.

• Prosecution and defense of employers and executives regarding enforcement of customer non-solicitation agreement against departing executive.

• Advise corporate officers regarding: I-9, Employer Tax Identification and workplace notice requirements; investigation of alleged Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violation; Sarbanes Oxley compliance issues; and Family and Medical eave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

• Representation of clients through the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission including providing supporting evidence, testimony, witness statements and coordination of fact finding with EEOC investigators.

• Compliance with WARN Act notification requirements upon plant closures or mass layoffs.

• Negotiation and drafting of employment contracts on behalf of various clients including small business owners, physicians and medical professionals.

• Defense of non-subscriber workplace injury litigation and scribing employer's Worker's Compensation litigation.

• Provide counsel in overseeing reduction in force, including risk review, communication strategy, and implementation.
