  • Representation of clients through the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission including providing supporting evidence, testimony, witness statements and coordination of fact finding with EEOC investigators.

  • Compliance with WARN Act notification requirements upon plant closures or mass layoffs.

  • Negotiation and drafting of employment contracts on behalf of various clients including small business owners, physicians and medical professionals.

  • Defense of non-subscriber workplace injury litigation and scribing employer's Worker's Compensation litigation.

  • Provide counsel in overseeing reduction in force, including risk review, communication strategy, and implementation.
